Goal

When opening the details view of a cluster that has the managed service flag, all tabs should be hidden/ disabled and the overview should show information on the (single) addon that is currently installed.

Additionally, clusters with this flag do not allow editing or creating resources (idps, machine pools, etc.)

Requirements

• Present the user with the proper note about the effect of the add-on installation 
• ODF will be the only "managed service", but we intend to onboard more addons in the future.
• Show/ hide disabled/ hidden tabs according to the cluster flag.
• Provide additional information (docs?) about the limitation of the cluster.
