When the ACM operator is installed, the Hybrid Console's default search experience could be enhanced or replaced with the more powerful and natural search experience that ACM provides.

We should consider:

• What a future default and "supercharged" Search page experience could look like with and without ACM installed, in both Admin and Dev perspectives
• How Search is accessed from the masthead (maybe scoped to one cluster when the icon is clicked while in a single-cluster view?)
• Whether some Search functionality could be available within the masthead as a stepping stone toward PD-938's navigation through search
