[OU-702] [ACM] - Alerting page - Export as CSV should be displayed - Red Hat Issue Tracker

Install ACM with MultiClusterHub
Install COO1.1
1. Create Monitoring UIPlugin with ACM enabled
2. Run the .txt (.sh) file to install minio and all other details to have alerts working
Click on All Clusters > Observe > Alerting
Verify Alerts page

Actual result: There is no Export as CSV button anymore

Expected result:

Exported data should keep the sorting order and also the filtered - meaning, what is exported should be the same content as displayed on the screen.
1. If we have cleared out all filters, it should export all alerts in the same sort order you made on columns
2. If you apply filters and searched for part of the content on screen, exported data should be the same
