[ACM] - Alerting page - Grouping vs Filters

      1. Install ACM with MultiClusterHub
      2. Install COO1.1
        1. Create Monitoring UIPlugin with ACM enabled
        2.  Run the .txt (.sh) file to install minio and all other details to have alerts working
      3. Click on All Clusters > Observe > Alerting
      4. Verify Alerts page
      5. For Alerting rule that contains more than one alert, filter in a way that would end with only one alert

      Actual Result: Alerts that were supposed to be filtered out, are still shown in the aggregated row

      Expected Result: Filters should be applied correctly for aggregated alerts
