Background

In order to use the gantt chart plugin in openshift, we need to add it to a new perses release.

Note: This might be obsolete if we can land the new plugins architecture as plugins can be loaded at runtime and do not require a new perses release. This task can be mark as done if that is the case.

Outcomes

• A new Perses release is created and published including the Gantt chart panel plugin
