• "As an SRE/Platform Engineer, I want to see cluster/s health statuses, critical alerts, and other cluster related data, to keep track ." 
• As a user, I would like to see some overview data around my cluster/s and be able to address any critical alerts.
• This page can also have some data for day-one users. 

Acceptance Criteria

Given We do not have an overview page as a central place to check cluster/s health and see alerts

When Navigating to Observability on OCP we want to see overview data and relevant critical alerts.

Then We would see the health status of a cluster/s, and be able to see and filter critical alerts. We could also drill down into a troubleshooting path to understand and quickly remedy the issue.
