“As a user that has access to several namespaces and uses the console from the dev perspective, I want to be able to search for logs in all my namespaces, so I can debug my applications”

Acceptance Criteria

Given a user that uses the dev perspective logs and has access to several namespaces

When the user checks the "Search all namespaces" and searches for logs

Then the logs in the search result include logs from all the namespaces the user has access to

• A new toggle with the name "Search all namespaces" is added
• When the toggle is selected the filter of the current namespace is not applied allowing the user to search across all the namespaces they has access to
• The filtering of allowed namespaces is done by lokiStack and not by the frontend
