Adapt install-service-mesh-3 and install-istio jobs to support installing OSSM/istio with ambient profile, so after that, we can run kiali cypress ambient test group.  ( Adaptation of pipelines/cypress job will be done in another jira)

AC:

• install-service-mesh-3 and install-istio jobs can install OSSM/Istio with ambient mode
• Still, there is option to install OSSM/Istio with sidecars mode

Status:

• adapt install-istio job
• adapt install-service-mesh job
