Kiali repo contains and builds test images for Kiali integration and Kiali cypress. Check the status of that images on 2.4 branch, and if necessary, update them in order to be able to run in LPINTEROP with OSSM 3

AC:

• Periodic job which will be running kiali test suites with each new OCP nightly version

TODO:

• check test images are able to build and run on v2.4 branch
• add images to openshift-ci
• add xargs to kiali int images
• rebuild images under v2.4 tags to get latest changes
• update kiali int step in lpinterop
• verify that kiali int works
• update kiali cypress step in lpinterop
• verify that kiali cypress works (there is issue during test execution, will be fixed as part of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSSM-9820 )
