When starting work on https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSSM-8954, it came to light that the file ossm-enabling-sidecar-injection.adoc contains 3 procedures. 

In accordance with Red Hat style, each procedure needs to be moved into its own module. It is also good to check and update content to be lin line current style. For example, "by running the following command at the CLI" should follow style and be: "by running the following command:".

This Jira issue was created to capture refactor work as it is outside the scope of OSSM-8954.
