Currently, the docs mention that users need to set updateStrategy.type to RevisionBased before performing a revision-based update. However, the doc doesn't explain what happens when a user does this (a new IstioRevision is created immediately).

We should either explain the entire procedure of switching from InPlace to RevisionBased and vice-versa, or at least add this to the existing "Performing RevisionBased update" procedure.

Because the switch from InPlace to RevisionBased is very different

If we decide to have a separate section on switching back and forth between the two strategies, the procedure should contain at least the following steps:

• change the updateStrategy.type field
• check the new IstioRevision status
• update the namespace label to switch to the new IstioRevision
• restart the workloads
