AIn real customer envs it might take several weeks to finish the migration of all workloads from 2.6 to 3.0. During this time there will be a risks and limitations.

For example, when upgrading 2.6 operator during this time, it will overwrite Istio CRDs. We need a list of similar issues to be sure users will not do something dangerous.
