List of issues for documentation on what Service Mesh users will need to do in order to move from OSSM 2.6 to OSSM 3.0.

This content will sit in both 2.x docs and 3.x docs. The content for 3.x may be less content, but will act as a bridge/reference point between 2.x and 3.x to guide users along the way.
