01/30/2025: Changed Jira to be specific to Staging and Testing Migration Guides IA/Content. This will mean this PR can be merged, and setup in Pantheon, and tinkered/tested to everything is setup appropriately for users to be able to move as smoothly as possible through migrating from 2.6 to 3.0.

CHECK THE ENGINEERING PR EACH TIME YOU ARE GOING TO WORK SPECIFICALLY ON THE PREMIGRATION CHECKLIST CONTENT.

It must be included in the Migration Guides for product documentation.

PR will be used to setup Migration Guides assembly.

Format and bring into Red Hat style. May need to be own module.

Note: 

• Upgrade your 2.6 OpenShift Service Mesh Operator to the latest release --> users must be on the latest 2.6 z-stream, whatever the ends up being for 3.0 GA.
