Per https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSSM-8183, when OSSM 3.0 TP2 is live, sample code that references `url` and `in_cluster_url` needs to be updated to the following:

`url` --> `external_url`

`in_cluster_url` --> `internal_url`

"Configuring Kiali with Red Hat Openshift distributed tracing platform" (https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSSM-3944) is likely to be published prior to TP2 release, so this Jira is to capture this necessary update.
