Add Tracing "streaming" template in Maistra CRD

      Currently the Maistra CRD supports two templates, "all-in-one" and "production-elasticsearch".

      A third template should be added to enable the "streaming" strategy to be configured that uses Kafka (AMQ) between the collector and ingester backend components. The storage would be confgured to use Elasticsearch by default - possibly calling the template "streaming-elasticsearch" for consistency.
