OpenShift Service Mesh Console (OSSMC) support for 3.0. This epic is to capture any engineering, quality engineering and documentation work related to supporting OSSMC in 3.0 general availability.

As OSSMC has OCP Console dependencies, it will not be supported across all combinations of OSSM & OCP. We should have testing in place where it is supported, and note where it is not supported.

•  Please note that the OSSMC plugin for OpenShift won't support OCP 4.14, only 4.15 and above, due to a breaking change in Patternfly. This is why we've maintained Kiali 1.73 in OSSM 2.6.x. It might be helpful to add a note or something similar in the test matrix indicating that OSSMC for 3.0 TP1 won't work with OCP 4.14. In cases where users install OSSM 3.0 on OCP 4.14, they can always use the Kiali application instead of OSSMC.
