This is the OSSM 3 equivalent of the OSSM 2 "Preparing to install" page, which is more "Supported Platforms & Configurations".

The content should be largely the same, with the following notable updates:

• Remove the "Unsupported configurations" section, as "OpenShift Online" isn't a thing anymore, and the second bullet doesn't make a lot of sense.
• Supported Configurations for Service Mesh changes:
  • Add a reference to ARM to the first bullet along with x86, IBM Z and Power.
  • Remove the sub bullets about OCP 4.10, as Service Mesh 3 is only supported on 4.14+.
• Remove "supported configurations for distributed tracing", as Jaeger is no longer supported.
