If this is the first time we get a working set of images (e.g. z-stream), we also need to do a sanity check.

DoDs:

• Sub tasks closed
• Verify the attached builds SHA (containers vs metadata)
• Verify installations are completed
• Sanity check the UI making sure Kiali is showing the correct version for OSSM
• Install the latest SMCP and look into Grafana UI that Istio dashboards show some data and the layout is correct (they don't overlap one over the other etc.). Reproducer for: https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSSM-6163
