We don't have a product build for ztunnel yet. We should have it, so we can support Ambient Mesh out of the box.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Update CPaaS config to include a ztunnel build
• Run HoneyBadger to generate brew configuration
• Make sure we have an image repository for it (Comet?)
