When the kiali upstream branch for OSSM 2.6 is ready we need to create a CPaaS configuration for OSSM 2.6.

AC:
 * kiali-ossm product repo is updated to provide rhossm-2.6-rhel-8
 * new branches with correct config for 2.6 in kiali  midstream repo are added
 * honeybadger configution is created for ossm 2.6
 * 2.6 builds work the same way like 2.5 builds (created for each change in upstream repos)
