When the kiali upstream branch for OSSM 2.5 is ready we need to create a CPaaS configuration for OSSM 2.5.

AC:
 * kiali-ossm product repo is updated to provide rhossm-2.5-rhel-8
 * new branches with correct config for 2.5 in kiali  midstream repo are added
 * honeybadger configution is created for ossm 2.5
 * 2.5 builds work the same way like 2.4 builds (created for each change in upstream repos)
