2.5.0 Operator successfully installed the CPs 2.5, 2.4, and 2.3.
Kiali and SM operators are installing successfully.
Kiali UI has been validated as well.
SM operator is installing successfully - Here is the Telemetry link

2. Service-mesh-sme@redhat.commail_small.gif and ossm-pm@redhat.commail_small.gif mailing lists. 
 
For minor releases (e.g. 2.4, 2.5, etc), PM will have a blog post and connect with CEE and confirm Lifecycle page is updated
