OSSM x.y.z (Post Release): Announce that the release is live

      Note: After the cursory check is done! Step can be combined with Cursory check

      Publish the update when the release went live
       
      x.y.z Release Update for example for 2.5.0 :

      The releases v2.5.0, v2.4.6, and v2.3.10 have successfully been shipped live and merged into Production!

2.5.0 SM Operator successfully installed the SMCPs 2.5, 2.4, and 2.3. Kiali and SM operators are installing successfully.
Kiali UI has been validated as well.

       
      Please send message to:

      2. Service-mesh-sme@redhat.com and ossm-pm@redhat.com mailing lists. 
       
      For minor releases (e.g. 2.4, 2.5, etc):

      • PM will have a blog post and connect with CEE
      • Confirm Lifecycle page is updated
