Implement proper golang API for Istio.spec.values

    Description

      As first iteration, the structural schema of Istio.spec.values were populate in the Istio CRD  (cf. OSSM-4050).

      We have decided to replace this solution to have a proper golang API for this.

      Acceptance criteria:

      • Copy all the necessary structs from the values_types.pb.go
      • a description field should contain the chart head comments of this specific field (cf. closed issue OSSM-5271)
      • Add script which should check if these structs are synced, if not it should fail
