As we enabled the automatic update of the structural schema of the Istio CRD (cf. OSSM-4050), we should make sure we can still create Istio CustomResources without any regression.

Acceptance criteria:

• Add integration tests which check multiple Istio configs in istio_controller_test.go
• Add script which should check if these structs are synced, if not it should fail
