OpenShift Service Mesh's installation requires multiple operators and custom resources to configure. The OpenShift Console provides Quick Starts as a way to get up and running with operators, create and manage custom resources, etc. A Service Mesh Quick Start will make it quicker and easier to get up and running.

Serverless has a Quick Start that we could use as an example.
