OpenShift Sandbox (https://developers.redhat.com/developer-sandbox) is official path for users to try out OpenShift and all of its features. It is also used by our field teams for demos and workshops. Without a presence on sandbox, there is no way for prospects to try out a particular OpenShift feature. This epic is to ensure the Service Mesh operator is added and available to sandbox users.
