Under "About", we should include a section that orients users who are familiar with community Istio to OSSM. This page answers the question, how does OSSM differ from Istio? 

Potential topics: Support (18 months vs shorter upstream support), operator installation and management, tests with OpenShift integrations, etc).

This issue does not include how to migrate from upstream Istio, nor does it include details on supported/unsupported features support. Those will be covered by separate pages/issues.
