This epic was created so the team has an easy way to capture OSSM 3.0 product doc work (Content in the OpenShift documentation, independent of documentation in the istio-ecosystem/sail-operator Github repo). The term "sail operator" and "sail" are community project terms, where "OpenShift Service Mesh" is the product name.
