Check that demo apps are heathy before running kiali tests

    Description

      Kiali tests require demo apps to be installed in advance. We are using https://github.com/kiali/kiali/blob/master/hack/istio/install-testing-demos.sh to do that the same way like kiali upstream tests. We need to improve that script to contain checks which will assure that the app is installed correctly.

      AC:

      • demo pods are ready
      • traffic generator is enabled and traffic is generated
