Publish service mesh docs to OpenShift Dedicated

      We currently support OSSM 2.0+ as an unmanaged addon (ie same as we do for OCP) on:

      Service Mesh is going to be supported on OpenShift Dedicated.

      The original doc Epic was OSSMDOC-219, but lots of things around the OSD docs have changed since that was created.

      The main OSSM docs work was scoped in OSSMDOC-248 and completed in OSSMDOC-259.

      Sammi Fornter (the OSD writer) left Red Hat August 2.  The OpenShift team finally completed a review of the rewritten OSD docs and they've been published. 

      Julie spoke to Vikram on August 15, 2021 about what we still needed to do to get the SM content published to Dedicated.

      Vikram is updating the Jaeger and Service Mesh files on the OSD branch in https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/pull/35484/ .  Once he merges that PR, we can update the topic map to add the Jaeger and Service mesh assemblies.
