Add a note in all instances where we mention cluster admin that if you’re on OSD, it's dedicated admin.
or
Write a paragraph explaning the two different admin types in the release notes or make an introduction type assembly and then refer only to admin everywhere else.
Either one will not take long. An hour or two at most.
Aside from that there are QE tests still happening. While it's possible that something may come up, Kevin notes that if it does, they will consider it a product issue and file a bug to fix it rather than expect a docs change. Part of the requirements of the OSD deployment is that it works like OSSM in other places. I do not expect docs work to come from QE testing, but we will find that out for sure tomorrow when the results come back.
