Add ServiceMesh GA support for OVN networking

    Description

      OVN networking is GA in OCP 4.6, and Service Mesh has enabled its use as a "Tech Preview" feature as of OSSM 2.0.1.

      We need to complete additional successful test runs before we're able to declare full GA support of Service Mesh on OVN networking. This ticket is to track our test runs and issues discovered as we work toward that GA support. Issues raised related to OVN networking should be linked to this case in the comments for follow up. OVN validation is already part of the service mesh test suites, thus these tests are performed on a regular basis, with changes of status noted in this ticket.
