The product name for the productized version of Jaeger is changing from "OpenShift Jaeger" to "Distributed tracing for Red Hat OpenShift”.  (Note that distributed tracing is lower case)

• Update the variable in the document attributes file.
• Check for where we can change "Jaeger" in the text to the Product name/variable (this will not be 100% replace, as there needs to be some understanding that Product = Jaeger since the configuration files refer to Jaeger)

Also need to update name for the Elasticsearch Operator.

Writer will need to update the topic map so that the left navigation link for docs.openshift.com changes from Jaeger to Distributed tracing.

DPM will need to change the document title on the OpenShift landing page of the Customer Portal from Jaeger to Distributed tracing.
