Which versions of OpenShift will be compatible with 2.3? Which OCP version branches should have this information?

We think we only need to CP with 4.9+ starting with 2.3. Does this mean that for 4.8, we'd want OSSM docs to have the 'not supported' note? If so, they would be individual PRs against the branches, NOT against main.

      *****

Writing notes here for whomever ends up doing this work.

DO NOT do this work on a branch that gets merged to "main".  Instead create separate branches against each branch that we're going to stop providing support for, which will be merged to the individual branches (rather than merged to main and cherry-picked to branches).

      git checkout -b OSSMDOC-691_46 upstream/enterprise-4.6

      git checkout -b OSSMDOC-691_47 upstream/enterprise-4.7

      git checkout -b OSSMDOC-691_48 upstream/enterprise-4.8

Then in each Assembly file, add a link to the "Out of Support" snippet.  You can see how this was done in the PR for OSSMDOC-571 when we deprecated the V1 docs. (https://github.com/openshift/openshift-docs/pull/45328)
