Now that we have daily builds for Maistra images (OSSM-743), we should publish them in Operator Hub - https://operatorhub.io/

We could start with having a nightly channel that's updated daily with the daily images built and pushed to quay.

This would allow customers and early adopters to try new images everyday. For instance, they could confirm a bug was indeed fixed the day after the PR fixing it was merged.
