This is a sub task of ~~OSSM-1620~~. In the past, we only run maistra integration tests on a kubernetes kind environment.
When running integration tests on Openshift, test run is hanging and test cases failed.

Need to investigate running upstream integration test suite on OCP
Need to update or skip flaky integration test cases running on OCP
Need to migrate postsubmit jobs after test runs
