Openshift 4.2 - RabbitMQ deployed under Service Mesh

when MTLS is enabled istio-proxy returns the following each 30 mins:

If MTLS is disabled this behavior stops happening.

Expected results:

Don't get 'connection closed' events having MTLS enabled
