When adding a namespace into SMMR, SM adds "maistra.io/member-of" label to the namespace.
However, the label is not reconciled when the label was removed accidentally (e.g. "oc apply" drops it with some condition).

Although we can add the label manually, shouldn't SM reconcile the label?
