first the ci framework today is not capable of deploying tripleo with nova on nfs, second it does nto have supprot for deploying na nfs server on a vm that is not part of the edpm set which can be used by both tripleo and the adtopted dataplane, basically testing it is blocked on the ablity to create a representitive test envionement. Finally, for CI we should land things in integration if/when possible.  Especially if we can get rhex-ci/integration style jobs running on pre-commit nova MR's.  Component jobs are very limited in what they are capable of doing and we still do not have a reliable way of debugging failures in those jobs on our own hardware. Unblocking because the work done for uni02beta adoption should provide us the necessary framework to automate/verify Nova NFS adoption.
