As a follow up to https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSPRH-5296, the ssh-known-hosts service can be added to the dataplane samples so that it's automatically included in anything that uses the samples.

The edpm_ssh_known_hosts role include can also be removed from configure_os.yml playbook in edpm-ansible.
