With the use of https://issues.redhat.com/browse/OSPRH-2492 we need to distribute the ssh host identity across the nodesets within the same deployment. Otherwise no automated ssh connection will be possible across nodes in different nodesets, and for example it will block VM move operations across nodesets.

Practically it means we need a separate playbook and a new global dataplane service to run the existing edpm_ssh_known_host ansible role
