Goal: 

• As a writer, I want to create a KCS that provides a central location for customers to find a list of repositories they should configure in RHOSO.
  • The KCS should be based on RelDel's internal Confluence page: https://spaces.redhat.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=380782449&spaceKey=PRODCHAIN&title=OSP%2B18.0%2BRepo%2Band%2Bmodule%2Bconfiguration 
  • The KCS link should be added to the snippet, and the additional resources that are currently in the snippet, can be added to the KCS.

Acceptance Criteria:

• Peer review
• Publish KCS
