      Verification task for the fix implemented in OSPRH-26725 (bug OSPRH-26025).

      After adopting from RHOSP17.1 to RHOSO18, Shift on Stack clusters must use the correct Keystone endpoint. Confirm that cluster operators (image registry, storage/CSI, machine-api) no longer reference the old TripleO Keystone auth_url and that authentication and operator health are restored post-adoption.
