      Summary:

      • Currently, the way that the DataModel is accessed, copied and modified from the decision-engine sync and audit execution is expensive in terms of cpu and time specially because of the excesive locking that watcher does. This impacts scalability of audits execution in big environments.

      Goal:

      • Find potential improvements on the DataModel handling in Watcher.

      TimeBox:

      • 2 working days

      Deliverables/Outcomes:

      • Depending on findings, it could be blueprints, specs (unlikely) or just ideas for patches to improve.
