      Goal:

      Currently, the way that the DataModel is accessed, copied and modified from the decision-engine sync and audit execution is expensive in terms of cpu and time specially because of the excesive locking that watcher does. This impacts scalability of audits execution in big environments.

      We should check the current implementation and improve it.
