Summary:

• With out PSI environment going away, and the same true for Beaker, we need a replacement environment for our CI, and development needs.

Goal:

• One avenue of investigation is to use the widely supported ITUP environment.  This spike is to ascertain the feasibility of this as a solution.

TimeBox:

• One sprint.

Deliverables/Outcomes:

• Answer specific roadblock questions.
  • Will ITUP allow us to function as we need with nested virts?
  • If not, are we able to use other alternatives for our environments?
• What about admin levels?  Would they be sufficient for us to be self-reliant?
