Goal: 

• During the review process of the patches for vTPM live migration support there have been requested changes to the design for the feature. We need to incorporate those change requests.

Acceptance Criteria:

Land the next two patches in the series [1]:

• Add vtpm_secret_(uuid|value) to LibvirtLiveMigrateData
