The approach taken for establishing connectivity between the amphora controllers and the amphorae involve creating an additional network attachment in both the amphora controller and ovncontroller and using a combination of interface and route configuration as well as some properly configured neutron resources to route traffic.

Currently the OVNControllerSpec only takes a single NetworkAttachment value which is meant to be used for the tenant network attachment. This will need to be changed to a list to accommodate the additional network attachment
